On-site consultations are only available within a 100 mile radius. All subsequent mileage exceeding 100 miles will be subject to an additional fee to cover travel expenses determined by S & J Interiors.

We understand that life happens! To ensure that everything runs smoothly for both you and us, here’s our cancellation policy:

  • 15- Minute Grace Period: If you’re running late, we allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be canceled with no refund. This helps us stay on schedule and be respectful of everyone’s time.

  • Rescheduling: Should something come up, you have up to one week to reschedule your appointment, from the time we send out an invite for your consultation. We ask that you let us know at least 12 hours before your scheduled consultation to make the necessary changes.
